Racial Profiling Reveals Black Crime

Racial profiling was a major issue in the 1990s. As the sting of Sept. 11 wears off, and liberal, anti-White hate-mongers once again have the ear of the press and the courts, look for the racial profiling issue to be rolled back into the national spotlight.  

The outcry against racial profiling is merely one more attempt at hiding and de-emphasizing Black crime and misconduct in society. And the truth is that motor vehicle traffic is essential to the continuance and growth of Black crime in the cities.
 

Racial profiling determines and records the percentage of Whites vs. Blacks who are stopped in traffic and investigated for possible infractions of the law. Blacks and their liberal-Jew advocates say cops disproportionately stop non-Whites, and to them this is racial discrimination and a violation of Blacks' civil rights.
 

A cop stops a driver for what he observes or for what he thinks the driver may have done. But for a cop to stop someone for what he thinks that person might do in the future is a brazen intrusion of privacy. It is certainly harassment. Whether it is an infringement on civil rights or not is another matter.

In the Black part of any large city you may find that up to 90 percent of the motorists are Black. In the suburbs up to 90 percent of drivers may be White. Therefore logic dictates that more people of each race get stopped in their respective parts of town. It boils down to the incidents of police harassment per 1,000 motorists in each area. It may be true, for example, that nine percent of Blacks get stopped as opposed to only two percent of whites.

But cops are generally stationed where the crime is. If 80 percent of the violent crime or drug use is in the Black area, 80 percent of the police force is likely to be stationed there. Makes sense, right?

If each cop in each area stopped one car, naturally more Blacks would be stopped than Whites. But if each cop in the ghetto stopped six cars while cops in the suburbs stopped only one car each, that would represent an imbalance. This is only significant if you presume all drivers stopped committed no infractions or weren’t seen as potential lawbreakers.

Here's the rub: Cops know that 68 percent of violent crime is committed by non-Whites. Traffic cops know their beats, and they know where the drug districts are. They know where the majority of liquor store robberies and rapes are committed, and they know where the gangs hang out. If they see five Blacks jiving to loud rap "music" and tipping beer cans in a beat-up Cadillac with no muffler two blocks from a known crack-house, and there was a liquor store holdup three blocks away, chances are they will stop that car. More than that, they may stop several similar vehicles in the vicinity.

Meanwhile, in the suburbs, there may be no crack-house and no liquor store robbery. The kids may drive late-model cars with no muffler problems. Cops don't bother stopping cars when there is little likelihood of a "collar."

Cops in White neighborhoods have to make their arrest quotas by parking outside of working-class taverns and waiting for some blue-collar Joe-Blow with three beers in him to drive home. The only reason he gets stopped is because he was seen coming out of a bar. It's an easy collar, and White tavern-goers seldom shoot cops. So the driver is busted for what the cop thinks the driver might do, e.g., have an accident. This harassment is quota-fulfillment and not seen as racial profiling.

The media noise-makers and the politicians don't give a damn about the poor White schmuck who is still in control and driving safely after a couple beers, but is illegally stopped and arrested for the victimless "crime" of failing a breath test. The White guy stands to have his life ruined when he loses his job, driver's license or consequently his home and family. Besides, White DWIs support an entire Jewish legal sub-industry that must be protected.

But too many Blacks get caught with guns and drugs, and too many Blacks with existing warrants are arrested at "random" stops. So the whole outcry against racial profiling is to get cops to stop targeting Blacks who are suspected of, or wanted for, criminal activity.

Bleeding-heart liberals and other anti racial profiling advocates are only concerned that Blacks are being disproportionately arrested for real crimes. And they want non-Whites to be able to get away with any crime stereotypical of race. Politically correct society doesn’t like statistics that show Blacks, who are 12 percent of the population, commit 68 percent of the violent crime in America.

The movement against racial profiling is nothing more than a false claim that Blacks are discriminated against in traffic stops. These actions lead to valid arrests, which proves that a vast number of Blacks are criminals.

Since Sept. 11, on the other hand, racial profiling targeted toward Middle-Easterners at airports and elsewhere is applauded by liberals and Jews. They aren't concerned with American-Arab civil rights. Politically correct pundits fall back on the old liberal arguments expounding situation ethics.

But in the case of Blacks in traffic, immunity from discovery equals crime with impunity. Advocates against racial profiling prejudicially seek both in favor of non-Whites.
