I noticed a story about our State Department approving the immigration of 12,000 Somali "refugees" who are currently living in refugee camps in Kenya. After reading this article, which was posted on an East African News internet site, I became outraged at the thought of 12,000 uneducated Africans entering our nation and ending up on our state welfare roles. These individuals are unlikely to have any useful skills whatsoever aside from goat herding and killing lizards with a stick.

It should also be remembered that crowds of Somalis killed and butchered American soldiers (as recounted in the recent movie "Blackhawk Down") not very long ago, and some of these Somali immigrants may have been among those, who dragged the bodies of our soldiers through the streets of Mogadishu.

On Feb. 4, 2002, I decided to call the State Department and complain about this insane policy of allowing Somalis into our society at taxpayer expense. I was transferred to the Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration within the State Department and was then connected with the individual who is responsible for African refugee admission into the U.S. The conversation I had astounded me and left me virtually speechless. The woman, with whom I spoke, was one hundred percent enthusiastic about bringing Somalis into this nation regardless of the financial burden that this action would surely cause. She explained to me that no nation in Africa would take these people and that Kenya, the nation, where these individuals wound up, would not allow them to stay and integrate into their own African society.

I then asked her if she thought these individuals might be just a little too primitive to be integrated into our Western, industrialized society and she explained to me that although the Somalis were nothing more than illiterate, subsistence farmers that "They'll do just fine... It's just amazing how fast these people can become acclimated." She then asked me who I was and how did I find out about the Somalis in the first place.

I told her I was a taxpayer who was just interested in finding out first hand how my tax dollars were being spent. When I began to question this lady about the specific welfare benefits these people would be receiving, she explained that she was concerned only with the front-end of this refugee equation in Africa and really had no idea what benefits these folks would receive once here. "The resettlement agencies take care of that" she explained. I then asked her how many African refugees were admitted to the U.S. last year, and she told me the number had been dramatically increased the last few years and that 20,000 had been resettled in 2001.

The whole conversation made me sick, but it revealed the insanity that I already suspected exists in our government and its institutions. Our elected Federal government and the entrenched leftist bureaucrats, who fill its ranks, have been engaging in demographic warfare against White America for some time now.

The interesting things to note about this incident are:
(1). Our mass media and government told us nothing about this mass importation of future welfare recipients.
(2). The liberal government bureaucrat was more concerned with how I found out about this airlift rather than how much the Somalis would cost taxpayers. (This strongly suggests that many other such airlifts are going on in secret.)
(3). Liberal "do-gooders" think that the solution to every Third World problem is to bring their excess population to America. (Anyone with the slightest amount of foresight would know that America will eventually be turned into a Third World nation if such airlifts continue. How many can we accept until society breaks down completely? 50 million? 100 million? 200 million?)
(4). The fact that the Somalis' own racial cousins in Africa won't accept them is a fairly strong condemnation. (It would be much more preferable to just send food to these overseas refugee camps and to pay off Kenyan politicians to accept these immigrants. This way we can't be accused of "letting them starve.")
(5). We should demand that our politicians make any refugee sponsors responsible for ALL the welfare and health care costs of the refugees. If the "First Church of Liberal Socialists" sponsors one thousand Ethiopian immigrants, they should get stuck with the welfare bill, not us.
(6). And last we should remember that BOTH political parties are selling us out on this issue. Most White Americans oppose open borders and voted for G.W. Bush. President Bush, however, is selling us out on the race issue and is allowing liberal airheads, such as the one just described, to stay in their jobs and to carry on flooding America with parasites, who will vote for Democrats.

While pressuring our Congressman and Senators to stop Third World immigration with our complaints may seem futile, it is better than doing nothing. Many politicians are afraid of losing close elections. Letting politicians know that we know about this Third World invasion may be enough to shut down some of the airlifts and slow down the poisoning of America just long enough to give us time for more serious reform activity later.
