Unaffordable Housing in Multi-Racial America

It used to be possible for an average man in America to buy his first house while he was relatively young. As he became more prosperous, he would sell his first house and buy a bigger, better house. Owning a house was a sign of success, and it helped make the home-owner a more responsible person. In just a few decades, buying a home has become nearly impossible for most Americans. The most significant factor in driving up home prices has been the destruction of White neighborhoods by invading Blacks and Mexicans. The houses in the surviving White neighborhoods, often in the suburbs, have increased in price by 500 or even 1000% in as little as ten years.

One of the last cities to suffer this hyper-inflation of housing prices was Seattle. In 1989, it was still possible to buy a small house with two bedrooms in the city for about fifty thousand dollars. Just ten years later, the same house was likely to cost 250,000 dollars. While this is good news for real estate investors, it is devastating news for young White people, who are trying to buy a home and raise a family.

White people just want a safe, clean, quiet neighborhood to raise their families. I had the misfortune to live in a neighborhood that was "going Black." I was renting part of a duplex in a big city neighborhood. The duplex next door was rented out to Blacks by a real estate firm. (Various government agencies and laws effectively force these professional real estate firms into renting apartments to Blacks.) The Blacks proceeded to overpopulate the three bedroom apartment bringing in perhaps as many as twenty of their extended family. Loud drunken or stoned conversations would go on at 2am on Monday mornings, suggesting that none of these Blacks had a job. The police would have to be called to shut them up. My landlady told me that they were throwing chicken bones and other garbage over the wall into her patio. Eventually, they were evicted for not paying their rent. My landlady visited the duplex next door shortly after the Black animals were forced to leave. She told me that you literally could not put your foot down in the kitchen without stepping on a cockroach. Other notable Black-related incidents that occurred in that neighborhood, before I moved out of there, were three homicides and one very large drug bust.

Of course, the Jews and liberals tell us that we are "mean, hateful racists" when we decide that we don't want to live in a "diverse" neighborhood. The fact that we may need sleep before going into work and the fact that we don't want to get caught in the cross fire as rival gangs shoot it out for control of the local drug trade are unimportant reasons in the eyes of the liberals and Jews.

It seems pretty obvious why the prices of homes in the White suburbs have climbed up into the hundreds of thousands. It isn't the nice landscaping or the tree-lined streets. White people pay these incredibly high prices to escape Black crime, Black filth, and Black chaos. People, who buy their 400,000 dollar homes in the suburbs, are building a "wall of money" around themselves to keep out Blacks. Ironically, many of these people would be outraged at the thought of banning Blacks from living in certain neighborhoods by law. These rich liberal types use their wealth to accomplish what segregation used to allow ALL White people to enjoy: a safe White environment. The abolition of segregation is the single worst event in terms of ruining the standard of living of middle class White people in America.

The sky-rocketing price of homes has predictably caused a serious drop in home ownership. One report from 1992 notes that home ownership in the United States was 13th among industrialized nations even though Americans had the highest percentage of two income households. 59% of American families had both the husband and wife working. (In contrast, France had only 33% of their households with two working parents.) Also, the size of American homes is not all that impressive compared to those in other nations. The average home in Australia was 3038 square feet while in the U.S. it is only 1773 square feet. This may reflect a trend toward much more cramped condos and townhouses in the U.S. in place of the traditional family home.

Further worsening the problem of home ownership is job insecurity. During the 1950s, most Americans felt confident that they could continue at their jobs as long as they did good work. In the year 2002, ruthless corporate executives wield the lay off ax almost randomly. It is now a common stategy for companies to lay off a large percentage of workers to frighten the surviving workers into working twice as hard. Obviously, making the payments on an over-priced 300,000 dollar house after a lay off is almost impossible. The only chance of avoiding a default is to get another extremely high paying job almost immediately, which is rarely possible. Not only is it much harder to make a down payment and start buying a house, successfully paying off the house has never been more uncertain.

The huge increase in housing prices is due almost entirely to Blacks and Mexicans invading middle class neighborhoods and turning them into gang-infested hell holes. White people are forced to pay insanely inflated prices for houses just to live in a safe neighborhood. Millions of White couples, whose parents were able to buy homes, find that they must raise their children in small, crowded apartments without the security and luxury of a backyard.

America can return to the good old days of the 1950s when home ownership reached an amazing 90%, but we also need to return to the demographics of the 1950s when White people made up over 90% of America. We also need a government that is pro-White. A multi-racial Babylon with Jews in charge will only ensure that the standard of living for White people will only get worse.
